Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a motivated Retail Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising for retailers. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No nights, weekends or holidays; starting pay $16.00 per hour. We provide training and room to grow, with opportunities to advance by leading and training team members as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with bias for action and results

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
