Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking an in-store Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory across a variety of retail locations. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize displays and handle seasonal resets, with a focus on timely execution and excellent customer interactions.

The role offers part-time hours (14–20 per week), paid training, and optional voluntary benefits. Availability around holidays and potential overtime may be required to support season changes.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekends around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, relocation of card sections, and fixtures; notice given two weeks in advance for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories.
