Job summary

CROSSMARK in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a Retail Merchandiser/Resets to join our growing team. You will help promote nationally distributed products, set up displays, stock shelves, and ensure pricing and signage are correct across multiple stores in your territory.

You will work part-time with flexible hours, receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits eligibility as you meet company criteria. Travel to several stores in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

The Retail Merchandising Representative plays a vital role in promoting nationally distributed, highly recognized products for our great group of long-standing clients.
