Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to join its Dixon, IL operations. This independent contractor role blends ongoing store support with project-based merchandising to enhance in-store presentation and brand standards, delivering impactful customer experiences.

You will stock, reset, and report on merchandising projects using mobile tools, build relationships with store teams, and ensure timely execution across assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for merchandising and visual presentation.
• Planogram experience is a plus and familiarity with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities and project updates to teams.
