CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team supporting a well-known grocery client. You'll get up to speed quickly with online training and learning materials. Representatives work both independently and as part of a great team!

At CROSSMARK, we believe in hard work, integrity, and opportunities to grow. The role involves in-store merchandising, relationship-building with store personnel, and ensuring accurate planograms and pricing across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms preferred.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with 5 AM start.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store staff and management.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities.
