Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Merchandiser for Travel Retail Service in Topton, NC. You will read planograms and execute reset and remodel work, place items, and ensure correct tagging and date codes.

This role requires at least a High School diploma, 1 year reading planograms, strong organization and communication, and the ability to work with store teams. Travel up to 75–100% and occasional weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience reading and using planograms; retail/reset experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with partners.
• Comfort with using technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
• Willingness to travel and be at least 21 years old for travel credentials.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete reset and remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and shelves, display merchandise, and attach tags.
• Coordinate with store personnel to maintain merchandising excellence and relationships.
• Prepare, submit, and manage documentation for assigned reset/remodel work.
• Work safely and follow Acosta policies; alert management to unsafe conditions.
