Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related merchandising experience in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and conscientious.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize/ self-motivate and manage time effectively.
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office is required.
• Excel spreadsheet experience is required.
• Must be able to work weekends, and varying shifts (days, evenings, nights).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Calls on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising information.
• Set up plan-o-gram execution including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products; rearranging shelving and restocking.
• Ensure displays are professional with signage and favorable shelf placement.
• Reset displays and report problems or opportunities with products and displays.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and promotional space.
• Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer responses.
