Borden Dairy Company is seeking a Merchandiser to support our grocery partners across Louisiana, focusing on in-store execution and delightful product displays.

You will implement plan-o-grams, stock shelves, reset displays, and monitor displays to maximize sales while maintaining professional signage. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, with frequent driving between accounts. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.
• Execute plan-o-grams, stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.
• Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves.
• Ensure displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.
• Reset displays and report issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.
• Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.
• Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize placement.
• Capture display conditions on arrival to identify sales growth opportunities.
