Job summary

SAS Retail Services is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Jackson, MS. You will support retailers by building displays, end caps, and rotating stock to maximize sales, while ensuring shelves are fresh and well-stocked.

You will also assist with onboarding new hires, training teammates, and coaching store staff to deliver great customer experiences. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
