Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking team members to help shape shopping experiences in Missoula, MT. You will support in-store merchandising, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales.

You’ll also help onboard and coach new teammates in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old, with reliable transportation, and a safety-first mindset are expected.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
