Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. You will assist leadership with onboarding new hires and coaching team members to drive store sales and shopper satisfaction.

No prior experience needed as training and team support are provided; starting pay is $21 per hour with opportunities to grow. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be at least 18 years old.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
