Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated presents products at customer retail locations, following approved planograms and safety guidelines. You will service multiple bulk accounts, rotate stock, and communicate with store management to drive in-store visibility and sales.

This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, strong communication, and independent work habits in a fast-paced environment across Morehead, Mt. Sterling, and Winchester locations.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted and rotates Fastlane merchandisers.
• Maintains back room by organizing stock by package and flavor and manages pallets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and promotions.
