Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training and team support are provided; no prior experience is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is required.
• Leadership or coaching experience is a plus.
• Merchandising experience or ability to learn visual display standards.
• Ability to work with others and build teams in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and reduce stockouts.
