Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Lexington, VA is seeking a Merchandiser to present products and attract customers at our retailer locations. You will service multiple bulk accounts, merchandising approved products and following all safety and quality guidelines, including adherence to planograms and coordination with store management.

Applicants should have strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment while lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandize and rotate products on display per programs.
• Move products from backroom to shelves and displays.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Maintain back room organization and prepare pallets for restocking.
• Foster business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive pricing.
