Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Kalispell, MT. You will build displays, rotate stock, track inventory, and support leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Growth opportunities and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work (moving, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Build in-store displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling; onboard new hires.
