The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to drive sales.

No prior experience required; we provide training and team support. You must be 18+, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the assigned location. Competitive wage at $14 per hour with growth opportunities and customizable benefits.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess teamwork skills.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
