Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a team member to provide in-store merchandising support, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You'll interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, be 18+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comprehensive training and internal growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to keep assortment fresh and aligned with store plans.
