Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will merchandise, rotate stock, and assist with planograms while following safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, reliable daily performance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time schedule with up to 32 hours per week in La Plata/Waldorf area.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves.
• Maintains back room organization and inventory flow.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and collaboration.
