Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a Merchandiser Grader for its McDonough location. The role involves thoroughly examining and grading donated goods for sale in our stores, and processing items quickly to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across multiple areas to support production, identify issues, and collaborate with management and teammates to maintain quality and efficiency. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members.
