Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations in Mint Hill NC and surrounding areas. This role services multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and following planograms, while communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

The position includes mileage reimbursement for travel between stores and offers flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with different customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf; rotates product; checks vendor operation.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages pallets and damaged/outdated stock.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and promotions.
