Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, displaying and maintaining greeting cards, gift wrap, and accessories. The role emphasizes time management, organization, and effective communication with store teams.

You will work on a route with flexible scheduling, training provided, and opportunities to increase hours during holidays while supporting in-store merchandising and resets as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organization and backroom maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandise and organize product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work and product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using company tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
