Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandising associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. The role involves stocking coolers, transporting products between backrooms and shelves, and delivering strong customer service at the store level.

The position requires lifting 20–45 pounds per case, physical stamina, and the ability to follow procedures and schedules. Work includes travel across multi-store locations with mandatory background checks and safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness).
• Operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
