Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser in Tempe, AZ to support major retailers and drive product placement.

You will visit stores such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Target within an assigned radius, assemble and maintain displays, submit same-day surveys with photos, and collaborate with a small team to meet project timelines. Flexible Monday–Friday hours with occasional weekend work for special projects; compensation starts at $20/hour with higher rates for specialized

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is desirable.
• Ability to cover assigned territory and travel as needed.
• Ability to read planograms and follow display diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within an assigned radius to complete merchandising projects.

ActionLink is seeking aFull-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiserto join our team for**TEMPE, AZ **and the surrounding area.

What you will do:

• **Store Visits:**Complete projects at major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and others within an assigned radius territory
• **Purpose:**To turn shelves into sales magnets and drive revenue by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our clients' promotional product displays
• **Clients:**Represent innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and many others
• **Scheduling:**This position offers 30-40 hours per week. Project hours and times fluctuate, so flexibility Monday through Friday typically between 8:00am to 4:00pm is necessary for the position. No evening hours required. Available to work on Mondays through Friday and occasional weekends, full availability for daily work. Possible weekend work for special projects..
• **Additional Opportunities:**If you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states, there may be opportunities for additional hours
• **Reporting:**Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit

• **Education: **High School diploma or GED
• **Retail Experience:**Previous merchandising, Must be experienced in 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• **Versatility:**Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
• **Attention to Detail:**Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams, Detail‑oriented with the ability to read planograms accurately.
• **Independence and Teamwork:**Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed, Flexible and a team player with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects.
• **Tech-ready:**Access to the internet, basic hand-held tools, and a smart device with Wi‑Fi/GPS capability. Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus.
• **Travel Ability:**A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation
• **Physical Ability:**Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
