ActionLink seeks a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser in Austin, TX, to elevate in-store displays with major retailer visits within a defined radius. You will place, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot client displays for brands like Microsoft and Samsung, ensuring optimal shelf impact.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Retail experience: merchandising or related experience; 3PL experience desirable.
• Versatility to cover all merchandising tasks within the territory.
• Attention to detail: read planograms and follow instructions precisely.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team.
• Tech readiness: internet access, handheld tools, smart device with Wi‑Fi; laptop/desktop a plus.
• Travel: valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Physical: stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

ActionLink is seeking aFull-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiserto join our team forAustin, TXand the surrounding area.

**What you will do: **

• **Store Visits:**Complete projects at major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and others within an assigned radius territory

• **Purpose:**To turn shelves into sales magnets and drive revenue by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our clients' promotional product displays

• **Clients:**Represent innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and many others

• **Scheduling:**This position offers 32-40 hours per week. Project hours and times fluctuate, so flexibility Monday through Friday typically between 8:00am to 6:00pm is necessary for the position. No evening hours required. Available to work on Mondays through Friday and occasional weekends.

• **Additional Opportunities:**If you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states, there may be opportunities for additional hours

• **Reporting:**Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit

• **Education: **High School diploma or GED

• **Retail Experience:**Previous merchandising, Must be experienced in 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable

• **Versatility:**Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory

• **Attention to Detail:**Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams, Detail‑oriented with the ability to read planograms accurately.

• **Independence and Teamwork:**Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed, Flexible and a team player with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects.

• **Tech-ready:**Access to the internet, basic hand‑held tools, and a smart device with Wi‑Fi/GPS capability. Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus.

• **Travel Ability:**A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation

• **Physical Ability:**Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
