Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Cicero, IL is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build product displays while supporting sales consultants. You will follow retailer merchandising processes, ensure POS materials are visible, and manage backroom tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, basic MS Office, strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Analytic and reporting skills; sound judgement and problem-solving.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a timely and accurate call schedule.
• Follows merchandising processes for each retailer and meets supplier requirements.
• Ensures POS materials are on shelves and displays and rotates products.
• Builds and installs displays; coordinates timing and location with sales.
• Stocks shelves and displays to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinates product resets and maintains rapport with accounts.
• Supports team or sales reps to service accounts and communicates issues.
• Develops industry, channel, and brand knowledge; performs other duties as assigned.
