Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser for PBNA to manage product placement in large-volume grocery accounts, stocking shelves, rotating products, and setting up displays. The role involves working with store staff and moving products from backroom to sales floor.

This labor-intensive position requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending, reaching and standing for shifts with scheduled start times. You will operate handheld devices to input orders and ensure regular attendance, while maintaining backroom

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products from backroom to shelf locations.
• Use equipment to move products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional materials and keep stock organized.
• Provide customer service and communicate store issues to management.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
