Job summary

PepsiCo PBNA is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. You will move products from backrooms to shelves, using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks, while maintaining neat stock and communicating store issues to management.

The position requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, valid driver's license, and personal transportation to access multiple locations within the assigned shift. Mileage reimbursement is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route guidelines)
• Serve accounts during designated times established by management
• Deliver customer service (communication, attentiveness to customer needs)
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role)
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
