Job summary

PepsiCo PBNA is seeking a merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. You will handle in-store merchandising, restocking coolers, and moving products from storage to the sales floor, coordinating with store staff.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending, reaching, and squatting, with a consistent schedule and start times. Local travel between store locations is expected and periodic route planning may occur.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move cases weighing 20–45 pounds.
• Experience in handling store displays and backroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
