Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America is seeking a merchandising associate to stock and rotate products in large volume grocery accounts. You will set up displays, stock shelves and coolers, and move products from storeroom to the sales floor.

This role requires physical stamina, lifting 20–45 lb cases, regular field work, and reliable attendance. You will operate equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks and provide friendly service to store teams and customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, attentiveness to customer needs).
