Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America is seeking a product merchandising associate responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays and moving products from backrooms to the sales floor in large volume stores.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, operating equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks, and delivering dependable store service with regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High physical stamina and ability to lift 20–45 lb cases.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License; access to transportation.
• Conditional pre-employment background check and drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out)
• Service accounts during designated times established by management
• Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, rapport, attentiveness to customer needs)
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role)
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
