Overview

Retail Merchandiser

SPAR is expanding its Part Time Retail Merchandiser team in your area. As a SPAR Merchandiser, you will be part of a leading company that offers excellent support in the industry. The merchandising work is scheduled around a client’s preferred time windows rather than fixed hours, providing flexibility. Your tasks may include servicing various products, resets, product cut-ins, returns, POP placement, and other merchandising activities. We offer part-time, ongoing work servicing diverse clients and retailers with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with Site or Department Manager (if applicable) to review service objectives
• Locate and set up displays
• Remove old products from displays
• Complete full inventory scans
• Validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms
• Maintain quality standards by following established procedures
• Travel between stores as needed, managing setup, displays, and current promotions
• Complete call forms and upload photos of completed work

Qualifications:

• Experience in merchandising and/or retail
• Availability during weekday daytime hours
• Ability to understand and interpret plan-o-grams
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Internet access with an active email account
• Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) for wireless reporting
• Promptly report work completion on the same day
• Reliable transportation; some travel required
