Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Indiana to help shape the customer shopping experience. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to optimize sales while supporting store teams.

We offer training, growth opportunities, and a benefits package. This role is designed for candidates 18+ with strong customer service orientation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
