Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a motivated individual for in-store merchandising support. You will help retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and rotating products to optimize sales.

Training is provided, and you will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic environment. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
