The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers across our network. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs with reliable transportation. This entry-level role offers growth potential within Advantage Solutions.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
