Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Odyssey team member to provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, and refresh shelves with product rotation to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

You will track inventory and ensure stores and suppliers seize sales opportunities while delivering friendly, enthusiastic customer service. Training is provided; strong teamwork and safety focus are expected.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team with safety-focused approach.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
