Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers and shoppers.

No experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs with reliable transportation; competitive wages start at $13.00 per hour, and additional hours plus benefits are available.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
