Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising across retailers, shaping shopping experiences.

You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory, ensuring stores optimize sales opportunities. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a 65,000-strong network.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
