Job summary

Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to help stores maximize sales and ensure product availability. Join a team that values initiative and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence and teamwork.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
