Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to help shape shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to boost sales opportunities in participating retailers.

We value friendly customer interactions, reliability, and a safety-first approach. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and a flexible path to contribute across multiple brands and stores.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic customer interactions with management and shoppers.
• 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
