Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory. You’ll join a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment in Madison, WI.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable interacting with customers and management. Growth opportunities and customizable benefits are available.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
