Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Staunton, VA, paying $20/hr. You will complete a route of 2-4 stores, spending about 1.5 hours per location.

Responsibilities include resetting Flower Foods products to the planogram, applying correct price tags, cleaning and organizing shelves, taking before/after photos, and submitting via the Survey Merchandiser app. Start Date: September 29, 2026; flexible, route-based work.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and stands for extended periods.
• Smartphone with Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Business casual dress code.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit before/after photos via Survey Merchandiser APP

Requirements (Must Have)

• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
