Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers on a project in Burnham, PA, paying $20/hr. This routed project involves completing a route of 2–4 stores, with about 1.5 hours per location.

Ideal for candidates with planogram (POG) implementation and store resets experience. Merchandisers will document project completion and store conditions using the Survey Merchandiser App.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising, especially with planograms and store resets.
• Ability to document task completion and store conditions using mobile app.
• Strong physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at stores on scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise products to planogram and install price tags.
• Clean shelves and capture required photos before/after.
• Ensure shelf areas are reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser App.

Schedule & Hours

• Start Date: September 22nd, 2026
• Start Time:6:00 AM
• Arrival:Must arrive15 minutes early

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience
• Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
