Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers on a project in West Chester, Jenkintown, Newtown, PA and other locations. The role pays $20/hr and requires completing a route of 2-4 stores, spending about 1.5 hours per location.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in planogram (POG) implementation and store resets. You will document project completion and store conditions using the Survey Merchandiser App and coordinate with Flower Foods products on

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit before/after photos via Survey Merchandiser App

Job description

Requirements (Must Have)

• Other:18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
