Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to perform physical work: lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, move.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also have teamwork skills and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
