Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers by building displays, rotating stock, and keeping shelves stocked to maximize sales.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You must be 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to work. Competitive wages start at $20 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to create appealing product displays and end caps.
• Experience tracking inventory and shelf organization is helpful.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
