Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate inventory and collaborate with store teams to boost product visibility.

No experience required; training provided. You should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and bring strong customer service and teamwork to every shift. Growth opportunities and flexible hours are available.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
