Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to support in-store merchandising, building displays and end caps, and rotating shelves to ensure fresh product visibility. You will track inventory and collaborate with store teams to optimize sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, a safety-first retail mindset, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
