Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking individuals to help shape the shopping experience by providing in-store merchandising support, building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. We offer competitive wages at $14.50 per hour, growth opportunities, and flexible hours. You’ll work in Rossburg, OH with a friendly team focused on customer service and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
