Job summary

Advantage Solutions in New Albany (Retail Odyssey) is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising for retailers, building displays, refreshing shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. No prior experience required as training is provided.

Ideal candidates are friendly, service-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role offers opportunities for additional hours, benefits customization, and company-wide growth pathways.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to/from the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
