Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in the United States is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retail partners by building displays, rotating products, and restocking shelves. You will collaborate with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure planograms are followed.

No experience is required; we provide training and ongoing team support. The role offers a starting wage of $14.50 per hour, with additional hours available on request and benefits customized to your needs.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
